GSA Contract Holder
LPB Energy Management has been awarded a GSA schedule contract (#GS-21F-0101U) by the U.S. Government for Energy Management Program Support. The Energy Management Planning and Strategies contract (SIN 871-202), Metering Services contract (SIN 871-204) and Energy Management Program Support contract (SIN 871-205) all reside under the 03FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management category. With the award of this contract, LPB is now pre-approved to offer federal government entities Procurement Support and Bill Processing and Payment Services.
2006 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year Award
LPB Energy Management was awarded the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for its contribution in helping Americans save on their energy bills and preventing greenhouse gas emissions. ENERGY STAR is a program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products & practices.
2007 ENERGY STAR® Award for Sustained Excellence Energy Management: Service and Product Provider
LPB's Utility Manager software helps large multi-site retail clients, school districts, municipalities, and smaller companies organizations that traditionally have faced challenges in managing their building portfolios manage their energy bills. In 2006, LPB continued to demonstrate its commitment to ENERGY STAR and to helping customers save on energy bills by dedicating additional staff and more than 200 hours of programming time to enhance and promote the automated benchmarking feature in our Utility Manager software. As a result of our efforts, LPB delivered more than 11,000 individual ratings in 2006. This service helped several of our customers earn recognition as ENERGY STAR Leaders and achieve the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award.
