Post –Contract Services

  • Bill Verification -  We verify the accuracy of bills each month to ensure that your billed energy rate and transmission & delivery charges are correct.  If not, we investigate and resolve issues for you.
  • OnLine Contract and Billing Information – We collect your contract and monthly bill data for all procured accounts and maintain it in Utility Manager™ InSite, our online portal that lets you view and analyze your energy data on the Web.
  • Market Intelligence -  We continually monitor the market for future buying opportunities and savings initiatives. If your rate is fixed, we identify lower market trends and present opportunities to lower your rate by blending and extending the term of your contract.  If your rate is variable, we watch for optimal market timing to “lock” the variable cost into a fixed cost.
  • Client Support -  During the term of your agreement, we help with meter add/deletes and serve as your single point of contact with your supplier.  You won’t sit on hold with the supplier’s customer service desk.  Well before the expiration of your current contract, we begin the entire process again to give you sufficient time to take advantage of the latest market opportunities.
