We use our nationally recognized Utility Manager™ software to perform a 23-point check on all invoices entered into your database.  We verify that your energy rate is correct, that taxes are not assessed on tax exempt accounts, and that your regulated transmission and distribution charges are reasonable, based on historical usage.  We also identify any unusual charges.  If we find any problems, we resolve them with your supplier so you don’t have to spend your valuable time on the supplier’s customer service line.
