LPB Energy Management acquires utility audit expertise of Jenkins & Roland

DALLAS, TEXAS (Jan, 2007) – LPB Energy Management is pleased to announce that it has acquired the expertise of Jenkins & Roland.  LPB Energy Management acquired the assets of Jenkins & Roland in order to broaden its’ utility audit capabilities for customers.

Backed by 18 years of experience, Jenkins & Roland performs utility auditing services providing clients with cost savings as well as additional long-term benefits for budgeting, forecasting, and energy management.  These clients include specialty retail stores, grocery stores, department stores, restaurant chains, assisted living facilities, and retirement centers. 

The audit process includes discovery, analysis and error correction to electric, natural gas, water, and sewer utility bills.  Every attempt is made to minimize any inconvenience to clients during the information gathering process.

A written report is issued at the conclusion of the audit describing the client’s utility services and how they are billed. A comparative analysis is also provided for any rate schedule changes that were initiated or recommended. Client cost savings (credits, refunds, and future savings) are summarized and projected.
