Texas Building Owners and Manager’s Association selects LPB to manage 2005-2006 Energy Procurement Program

DALLAS, TEXAS (Jan, 2005) – After an extremely competitive selection process, the Texas Building Owners and Manager’s Association (BOMA) chose LPB to manage its Energy Procurement Program for 2005-2006. Texas BOMA is the trade organization representing the owners and managers of 661 million square feet of commercial real estate in Texas and has over 2000 members statewide.

Through the Energy Procurement Program, LPB advises BOMA members on energy procurement issues, solicits competitive bids on their behalf and assists them with the energy contracting process, all on an individualized basis. These services ensure that each BOMA member who uses LPB obtains electricity at a competitive rate and under terms and conditions favorable to the customer.

“We are honored to have been selected by Texas BOMA and we look forward to helping its’ customers with their individual energy needs,” says LPB Energy President Matthew Berke.
