Utility Manager Server can be paired with our web-based reporting tool, Utility Manager Online to provide secure access to information via the internet using a standard web browser.

Security - Access to the Utility Manager Server database is controlled by a system of login names and passwords. Individual users may be granted access to specific program functions.

ENERGY STAR Certification – As an ENERGY STAR® Partner, LBP Energy Management has years of experience working with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) energy performance rating system.  Utility Manager Server facilitates the certification and benchmarking process with an automatic data upload to the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager system.
